Delivery and Returns

UK Deliveries


Orders will be despatched within 24 hours once we receive the orders and will normally be delivered within 5-7 working days after the date of our order confirmation. 
Standard delivery is £4.95 for all UK mainland orders under £40 with the tracked courier and free shipping when you spend over £40 if you live in mainland UK. 
Order value must be over £40 including any vouchers, coupons or discounts added, to be eligible for free shipping. 
Once your order has been dispatched,  a confirmation will be sent to the provided registered email address. Orders placed on a bank holiday or weekend will be processed the next working day.
Due to the current  COVID19, there might be a delay in delivering your products.


Exchanges & Returns


We do hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, however for any reason if that is not the case, please contact us at info@theodorelondon.co.uk.
You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost, though. 
If you wish to return the goods, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. You have a further 14 days to return the goods however, the product must be in its original packing, unused, sealed with tissue paper and in a saleable condition along with proof of purchase. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering the goods.


Exchanges & Returns: Terms & Conditions


•    Please email us at info@theodorelondon.co.uk to notify us about the return before posting your order.
•    You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
•    Please mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
•    No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
•    All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.

 

Cancellations and Returns

•    If you wish to cancel any part of an order you have placed with us, please email us at info@theodorelondon.co.uk

•    Where your order is cancelled before it is dispatched, the full value of the order including the delivery charges will be refunded. Unfortunately, where only part of the order is cancelled, we are unable to refund any postage costs.

•    Cancellations made after the order has been dispatched are processed as returns. We are happy to accept returns of unopened products and offer a full refund of the product value where we are notified of the return within 14 days of you receiving your product(s). We are unable to offer refunds on the postage costs of your order. 

•    For returns please contact our customer service team at info@theodorelondon.co.uk. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods, please note postage costs for returns will not be refunded. 

Damaged Items

Whilst we do inspect our products for their quality before leaving our warehouse, however for some reason, if any of your items arrive damaged or due to unsatisfactory quality or unfit for the purpose, we will replace them and we may ask you to provide photographic proof of the damage or in some cases to return the damaged items which will be at our cost.

Where items are damaged in transit you may be asked to provide information to help us reclaim our costs.

Damaged items should be reported to our customer services team as soon as possible, and within14 days of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund of the product that has been damaged or will resend you a replacement product. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on postage costs where only part of the order is damaged.
